Position: Associate - Inside Sales
Location: Mumbai

Purpose:
Responsible for acquiring new customers/logos and generating sales revenue through outbound and inbound motion

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in conversation with inbound leads to convert them into an Opportunity.
  • Research accounts from the addressable market, identify potential opportunities for business, identify potential stakeholders/ decision makers and interface with them to generate interest for CleverTap product offerings.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market/ industry.
  • Prepare a detailed sales plan in consultation with the Manager, based on the target / quota and implement this plan to achieve the sales targets.
  • Prepare and make presentations, demos to customers, prospects to make an impact about the value of CleverTap product and thereby generate sales.
Key Requirements: 
  • Graduate in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales
  • Prior experience in SaaS companies
  • Working knowledge of different CRM systems
Measures of Success:
  • Achievement of target quota month on month
  • Conversion Ratio
  • The region-wise target of Qualified leads into opportunities
Reporting Relationship:
  • Reporting to: Asst Director - Inside Sales
  • Direct Reports: None
Key Competencies:
  • Functional: Product understanding, CRM tools, Salesforce knowledge, negotiation skills
  • Behavioural: Result orientation, communication and influence, process oriented, presentation skills
