Position: Vice President Enterprise Marketing (GTM)
Location: Mumbai, India

Purpose:
You’ll be responsible for growth marketing, regional demand generation programs, regional events, and more. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys setting strategy, managing teams, continuous experimentation, and is comfortable getting hands-on. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Define the global GTM strategy, work with Regional GTM leaders and Regional Sales leaders to ensure implementation of strategy and plans to deliver pipeline at scale.
  • Interface with the SDRs, sales leadership and events team to plan and implement a repeatable demand generation mechanism to enable business growth.
  • Define Account Based Marketing, Database Marketing processes, ensure implementation through the team of Regional GTMs and continuously improve to deliver pipeline.
  • Plan and ensure implementation of cross-channel marketing programs to enable regional funnel creation.
  • Constantly experiment to unlock growth opportunities and calibrate marketing programs across channels to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team of GTM leads to proactively solve business issues.
  • Interface with Digital, PR, Brand and Content marketing teams to enable brand recognition across regions and enable business growth. 
Key Requirements:
  • MBA  in Marketing with 15+ Years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in generating fast growing funnels.
  • 7 to 10 years leading rapidly growing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Experience working with SaaS businesses over $100 million ARR.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Apptopia, and other performance marketing tech stack applications.
  • Deep analytical skills and good understanding of technical products 
Measures of Success:
  • Continuous funnel creation across all regions
  • Funnel conversion rate
  • CAC 
Reporting Relationship:
  • Reports to: CMO
  • Direct Reports: Region GTM Leads (4), Events Lead 
Key Competencies:
  • Functional: Database marketing, Account based marketing, Email marketing, market segmentation, marketing campaigns, ability to optimize ROI.
  • Behavioral: Collaboration, communication and influence, problem solving, data driven and execution rigor with a keen eye for details.
