About the Function :
Marketing team at CleverTap is passionate about positioning CleverTap as a category creator and a thought leader brand in the retention cloud category globally. About the role :
You will be responsible for making partners self sustainable for demand generation.
To achieve this objective, you will build and execute co-marketing programs such as Market Development Fund (MDF), Business Development Fund (BDF) etc. You will help partners plan  and execute demand generation campaigns. The role will also include managing relationships with principal companies and leverage funding assistance available from them (e.g. their market development programs). The Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate with Partner Managers and the Field Marketing teams present globally.
This is a global role. 

What you will do :
  • Build programs that will help partners and partner managers generate demand locally in the respective markets such as MDF, BDF etc.
  • Build a self serve portal that will host all content assets that can be used by partners in their campaigns
  • Build and monitor compliance to partner co-branding guidelines
  • Build marketing services bureau i.e. a network of local agencies that will help partners execute demand generation plans in the respective markets
  • Build process flows for partners to submit their demand generation plans, get them approved from CleverTap team, raise claims and get reimbursement for the expenses as per the resp. policies
  • Help partners build and execute demand generation plans in the respective regions
  • Manage stakeholder relationship with CleverTap’s principle companies such as AWS, understand their BDF/MDF programs and leverage them fully for CleverTap

What are we looking for?
Must have -
  • Prior experience of 3+ years in building and managing partner marketing for global audiences (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Two years of hands on experience in planning and executing demand generation campaigns for global markets
  • MBA/Professional degree in Marketing
  • Willingness to travel

Good to have :
  • People management experience
  • Functional: Understanding of other marketing functions e.g. Digital Marketing
  • Experience of working on tools like Salesforce/building a partner portal

Measures of Success
  • Building on basic infrastructure for the partner ecosystem (programs, policies, agency network etc.)
  • Demand generation by partners
  • Utilization of various partner programs such as MDF/BDF etc.
